I agree this could be a hot combination, but since you said, "Bringing out a new act" maybe Mariah's planning on promoting a rap act but knows that she needs a rap label to put shit out.  Maybe that's what they're planning, Mariah found the talent and wants Em to give the talant a chance.  You never know, the original post is a little vague to what they're actually planning to do together.

I know he only puts Detroit rappers on Shady Records, but she could have asked Em if he'd give this new talent a guest spot on something upcoming, or hook them up with someone else in the industry.

LOL i remember that Snoop shit years ago, the headline read 'Kick This Evil Bastard Out'.

i remember using that in a sociology essay to show how the media is racist and uninformed. im so edumacated.
