I think he might be a great emcee by today's standards... 'Cause this guy had Skillz.

well.....that lloyd "you" song (whioch was one of the biggest r&b club bangers of 2007) jacked the beat.....pretty much no one can pay homage with recycled lines like shaq did, pretty much no one in 07 can flow to a dj quik beat (outside his usual camp)....it feels weird to say it but SHAQ WAS A DOPE RAPPER, i dont care if that dq's my opinion on dubcc, most of you have wack taste anyway....

In 1993, when this song came out I think Shaq was not a top emcee. BUT, in 2007, with the state of Hip-Hop now, Shaq at this level would be one of the better emcees out there. In a word were Lil' Wayne is seen as the top dogg, Shaq would be up there, no doubt about it.

Shaq is a cool hip hop head... he's the best out of all the Athlete rappers and he can bust on some of today's cats as well.

I had the opportunity to meet him a few years back when he still lived in L.A. I was helping a friend spin music at a spot in Sherman Oaks on Ventura Blvd. when he walked in and chilled. He was nodding his head when I played "Vivrant Thing" by Q-Tip. When the club closed he stuck around and we chatted for a minute.
