i know that in baseball, if a pitcher has a lot of tats or colorful tats on his arm, he has to wear a long-sleeve shirt so the batter doesnt get distracted..its called the "Justin Miller Rule" because he has some colorful sleeves and batters were complaining about his artwork....but in the NBA all these mofos are tatted up.
