anyone looking for crysis? best graphics ever

I'ma see how the reviews are when it comes out. Graphics alone don't make a game (though in this case they are spectacular). Also I gotta upgrade my PC first. It might run now but surely not well. Too bad I can't afford a DX10 video card in my upgrade though. Gotta settle for DX9. (Which isn't too bad, since I found out that you can unlock supposedly "DX10-only" effects with a simple text file edit and it runs better that way on XP than with DX10 on Vista.)

yeah fuck vista for now. just so happens that the dx10 cards are the only ones with enough horsepower to run this game properly, even if your on a dx9 rig. myself i have a brand new machine but i can barely run the demo on medium settings (at 1440x900 though). reason would be my card is a x1950 pro 512mb. a pretty gangsta card but you'll be getting atleast double performance from one of the lowest specced next gen cards like the 8800 gts 320mb. i'm waiting for a gpu upgrade though - too overpriced at the mo...

just make sure you get a cutting edge graphics card, a new pc alone (presumably fast dual core and atleast 2 gigs of ram) wont guarantee you'll be play this game nicely...its mostly about your graphics card...
