Codiene, it has the same effects as heroin. It lowers the heart rate and blood pressure. In the long term it make the body bloated and lots of other shit.

youd be SURPRISED alot of dudes want 2 be big and fat because it gives them strength( lower part of there body carrying that much weight around..alotta power in those legs i.e. moving shit) so they could look like a force 2 be wreckoned with/fearsome
