I don't fink "Who Shot Ya?" was a diss to Tupac maybe you thinking of the one "I Shot Ya" that was done by LL Cool J, Keith Murray etc. but it was the remix version that was the diss and not the original. I know this because I got the LL Cool J album. It's the "Mr Smith" album. Remember that it was the remix version and not the original.
