I'm not big on American Football so why don't you see shit like this more often?

Is it a case of it wouldn't really be allowed to happen by a better defence or something?

NFL D's are too good. YOU SEE A LOT of it in College...but those are designed plays. This was a last ditch effort.

When you can throw the ball forward...why go backwards lol?
