yeah...this 2 game slide dropped us down to first place in the West. Sucks. Playing without Parker and Duncan would be like the Lakers playing without Kobe and.....another superstar if they had one. ;D You know the deal NIK....basketball talk is meaningless until the playoffs. Funny thing is, we've done better as far as winning championships in years where we werent the top team heading into the playoffs. Im hoping for a #2 seed lol

You do realize that once Duncan retires, you're still a Spurs fan, right? While your team may be winning now, the Laker franchise is known for its winning tradition. As of now, we have the best player in the league AND a future dominant force on the same team. Young talent, great supporting cast, the best coach, the best player in the league... that's more than enough to make us contenders. 8)
