Jayo was in rehab?

I seen people on thie board and other forums say Jayo Felony was in rehab like 2 times... in 2000, 2001-ish and in 2005-ish around the time when "In The Trenches" was gonna drop

can anybody confirm this, and why he went to rehab? if it's true, must have been that Sherm Stick... haha  8)
