Well, I was overreacting for dramatic purpose but that is based on him searching for some great distributiion for the past 3 years, when he can easilly release an album on Koch.

I don't know about that. My logical guess is that if he could've released an album he already would've.

I see where you're coming from Smegma. We as fans have indeed little or no clue at all as to what goes on behind the scenes when it comes to record deals. But...we do know that Crooked has had several label offers already. Crooked said it himself in various interviews: "I've got a bunch of label offers laying on the table right now. We're just trying to sort it all out."
Sure enough, most of them were probably shitty deals, but at least he would've had an album out by now and he could've kept pushing his 'movement' based on his indie-sales.

No hate on Crooked btw. Just calling it like I see it, is all.
