top artists based on what??come on now this is silly..of course nobody gonna agree 100% with the lists, n there are alot of good artists in the top 20, but come on beach boys are in top 10 n not bob marley or pac!!get the fuck outta here..

I don´t get the list, the first number is the overall position and the other 4 are their respective "rating" in the 60s 70s 80s 90s and 2000? That´s 5 decades how are there only 4 ratings.

Anyways, Tom Petty being #199 = LOL

Yeah of course, what else? #199 isn´t a ranking that I would consider too good, not for anyone I guess. So of course it´s WAY too low.
