^^^ exactly people act like Miami ends up as a dynasty  :-X.. truth is they ended as the worst champion ever ..

This is the dumbest thing I read Laker fans say.  A championship is a championship.  The Mets in 06 dominated all year but still got beat in the playoffs by the Cards who only had 83 wins and crawled into the playoffs.

Think about if the Heat didn't luck out with that ring...this would have been considered the most disastrous trade in NBA history...on Miami's part.

So they won a ring, big deal. That tells me that they coulda' won rings with a trio of Wade-Butler-Odom, as well... and they woulda been contenders for years to come with that talent...They tore apart their core for a fat guy who loves to snack. Selling your soul for one ring is not the answer...especially when you had to luck out to win it.

the heat won a ring, the lakers missed the playoffs

bottom line Heat got better end of deal even if shaq is declining now

bottomline, Heat wanted a championship now because they never won one. The Lakers are building for 3 or 4 in the future. Great franchises win 3 at a time, not one and done.

the lakers wont win a ring in the next 5 years, you can bank on that.

im not trying to be a dick to you man, but seriously the Spurs are in solid form for another couple of years with TD and Manu/Parker at his side.

and ofcourse my C's are probably going to be good for the next 2-3 years

i don't see the Lakers winning a western conference championship unless something BIG happens
