For me, it's clearly the Simpsons.  I grew tired of South Park after its 2nd season but have stayed with the Simpsons since they first came on. 

Recently though, I've wondered how much the Simpsons have left in them.  Some of the episodes this season were the worst of all time, and the movie was kind of a letdown.  I think that the Simpson's peak was about 5-8 years ago.
