Why were "Nuthin to a Boss" and 'We Dont Give a Fuck" left off Dillinger and Gotti II?

Why was the song "Westside Ridin' " left off Kurupts Same Day Diff Shit (features Daz and produced by Daz!!) when Daz says in an interview with DJ Kurupt that its going to be the first single!

Why was your song with Jagged Edge "Party People" never officially released.
