Updated with the help of the booklet, but I don't have the extra UK track on it.

I took away some of the featurings mentioned, as they were 'additional vocals' by the booklet (i.e. Kurupt on "Press Play"). Everlast only co-wrote My Medicine. I didn't write down who did the instruments, but Terrace Martin is all over this album. And the booklet does not mention any samples for the song "Cool".

I swear its really hard to tell, because a lot of these sound like snoops usual rhymes, in a good way?

I'm especially curious about "let it out", cause he flowed his ass off on that track
