But yeah, basically i think you are in a semi-conscious state and for some reason, you are unable to move any of your limbs.  Sometimes I can't breathe.  Usually when it happens, I try to roll around to snap out of it, and usually my girl will have to shake me in order for me to snap out of it.  It's scary as hell at the time.  You truly feel paralyzed.

I've never had the pissing myself problem either when it happens. 
I could never figured out if I was awake or I was just dreaming and I always tell to yell but I can't.  I can't remember having trouble breathing either.

Now that you've mentioned it, I remember happening that to me last week. Funny thing is that I completley forgot about it. Probably because it felt so sureal, almost like you are dreaming. Anyways, I was scared shitless. I couldn't breathe for a second or two.
