Yeah, I can agree with that. Viggo kinda carried the movie.
The storyline was so and so, but David Cronenberg is very good at making violence seem brutal - in a human way. I mean, violence in this movie comes off as it should be: real, brutal, etc... He mentioned it in an interview: that's exactly how it should be. Violent scenes should leave an impact on a person when he leaves the theater. Because violence scars a person.

Yeah that bathroom scene was fuckin intense.. My girl had her eyes covered the whole time lol, but the sounds were enough to make her cringe, specially when dude stabbed him in his eye lol. I was like whoa.

saw it today, great movie, vincent cassel was really good , vigo was vigo he always play vigo, in the way de niro always plays deniro and it's all good. The sauna scene was something, i wasn't expecting it cuz i didn't read shit about the movie. There's more male nudity in movies nowadays and it seems like people think it's okay to see penises in movies but id like to see some pussy 2, let's have a female naked fight scene
