SO YESTERDAY I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ASK FOR A REPLACEMENT AC ADAPTER.THE WIRE MELTED/BURNED THROUGH AT THE BASE OF THE ADAPTER.ANYWAYS I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. SOME CHICK IN THE PHILIPPINES ANSWERS AND WE HAVE GOOD TIME I ASK HER WHAT SEASON IS IT AND HOW'S THE WEATHER, I TELL HER I'M FROM SAN DIEGO SO SHE INFORMS ME I MUST TALK TO A TECHNICIANS FIRST BEFORE I GET A REPLACEMENT, TO VERIFY THE PROBLEM. SHE FWD ME TO A CHICK IN INDIA. NICE LADY BETTER ENGLISH THAN THE LAST PERSON. SHE TROUBLESHOOTS WITH ME FOR A MIN, THEN SHE SAYS I QUALIFY FOR A FREE REPLACEMENT. THEN SHE FWD ME TO A GUY IN FRANCE TO COMPLETE THE ORDER. THEY'RE SHIPPING FROM AUSTIN, TEXAS.

my fiance's cousin in the Phillippines does customer service.... they have some funny stories. One of them told a lady over the phone, open your windows... so she actually opened her windows in the room... LMAO.
