ANYWAYS I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. SOME CHICK IN THE PHILIPPINES ANSWERS AND WE HAVE GOOD TIME I ASKED HER WHAT SEASON IT WAS AND HOW'S THE WEATHER, I TOLD HER I'M FROM SAN DIEGO SO SHE INFORMS ME I MUST TALK TO A TECHNICIANS FIRST BEFORE I GET A REPLACEMENT, TO VERIFY THE PROBLEM. SHE FWD ME TO A CHICK IN INDIA. NICE LADY BETTER ENGLISH THAN THE LAST PERSON. SHE TROUBLESHOOTS WITH ME FOR A MIN, THEN SHE SAYS I QUALIFY FOR A FREE REPLACEMENT. THEN SHE FWD ME TO A GUY IN FRANCE TO COMPLETE THE ORDER.
