yoo last night you gave me crazy minchie, i was about to eat some chinees noodles but i made a omelet myself.

the olive oil is a very nice touch and actualy makes it  much easier to flip and not break. It  gives it a exrataste as well. It was a lil oily so next time i will use a lil less. I made mine with tomatos parsili and black olives it was delicious.
