ANybody know how to use this Program??

I know how to to use it to extract files..But how do i use it to compress files, or docs to a format that can be extracted via winrar..
if you guys understand.. $:-\$ $:-\$

create a folder....... and put what ever u tryin to put in it. then right click on it and select "compress (whatever your foldername is)
