Yeah, i guess him and Barney Ruble produced all of this shit, except for "Street Scholars" if i remember right Dr. Dre produced it (it was supposed to be for Sam Sneed first, but when he left, Flexx took it)

yeah, you can almost for sure pick out the modern songs from the death row era songs...the modern ones he did aren't very good.  I wonder if FTPE degraded the quality of the good songs on purpose so the whole CD sounds the same quality wise.

Yeah...a little concerned about the prospect for a Sam Sneed album because of this. I find it hard to believe J-Flexx doesn't have his own Dre collaborated tracks on reels or DAT yet he has all of them for Sam Sneed? And it seems like Sam Sneed worked closer to Dre then J-Flexx did?
On top of hearing that Sam said he never even finished the mixing the album before he left DR makes me think we're going to get similar or worse quality. I really hope not but I don't have a lot of confidence if they're coming from J-Flexx. Now, those OFTB releases.. those were really high quality. They might have set the bar too high ???

But there are rumors floating around that OFTB redid alot of their vocals for the 2 releases...which could be why we are getting higher quality stuff from OFTB.

This Album has in my opinion a lot of tracks from 1997 till today. For example the Barney Ruble Track is from the 20XX..

Yeah I was thinking the same thing some songs sound better quality wise than others, could it be that half of this album is post DR stuff.

It's cool, but there clearly are post death row songs on there....one song he shout's out "year 2G".  The one with Barney Rubble is way post DR.

This was driving me crazy trying to figure this out all day, LOL. Finally came to me just now; it's "Coming Of Age" from Jay Z's Reasonable Doubt. Got this J Flexx on repeat. I'm lovin' it!
