Has Sway signed to Akon's label ?

Akon officially announced Sway, the UK’s chief emcee (I can’t wait to see all who disputes this), as officially signed to Konvict music. Sway came out during his performance.

Yer. He signed him a long time ago i thought. Like early 2007. O well hopefully he doesn't have T Pain on it but i dont mind a bit of Akon. Stuff like Ridin Dirty remix and All My Life by STyles P were dope with Akon. Thought Sways last album was great so hopefully he wont dissapoint with his new one. Wasn't really feelin that One for the Journey album or whateva it was called, so hopefully he switches it up  and we get more tracks like Up Your Speed.

i read this on wikipedia when were doing the "Allow Me to Introduce..." threads. i wasn't too sure if it was true or not because i haven't heard anything from anywhere else...

sounds good..but i cant really understand what he is saying.

i have that problem - i cant really understand some people when they talk with a British accent..same thing happened to me when i watched "Rise of the Foot Soldier", i saw it cause everyone was saying "its such a good movie", and it was, but i could only understand about half of the dialogue. 

well, at least when they talk/rap fast..if they talk/rap somewhat slow i can understand  lol for example, "babyfather", is somewhat slower than his flow on 'up your speed" and this time i could understand what he is saying lol..for the most part..a few words he just spits too fast and im like "huh??" lol

rise of the footsoldiers is pretty good, you should have slapped on the subtitles.

WRT not understanding what he is saying i think all it is , is your ears getting used to the accent if you know what i mean. Obviously when he raps fast its more difficult, but over time you will pick it up. Its no different to UK peeps listening to american rappers and there accent.

sway is great. His album was great..i hope for a great follow up but signing with Akon doesnt seem so good...

Callin him the chief emcee is a little big? What about Wiley and Dizzee Rascal?
