You can in some states. Its almost the same as public indecency or disturbing the peace.

Oh, so you can't throw a mini concert withe bad words in Texas? That's Bullshit if ya aks me....And what the fuck? What I read is that he was freestyling, and the worst he siad was around "Nigga" or something...That's bullshit right there...I would go crazy...they fined him 250 or something....What if you're playing basketbal, and you fall on the floor and break your head open and say "ohhh shit"...Will you then get fined 250??? I doubt it
