In my Opinion this was one of the more seriosu beefs in Rap.......this wasnt jsut two rappers talking shit on records, both rappers had some sort of gang afiliation(rival gangs at that) and it was the frist time i ever heard rappers talk about their gang afiliations openly on record like that, aside from the bangin on wax but that was different......

Back then quik was hangin out with death row records and aperently some of his homeboys beat some dude to death at a party. dont know if it had anything to do with this beef, but it just goes to show how serious shit can get when there is actual gangs involved. thats part of west coast gangster rap i guess, not that clown shit u see on the beef d.v.d`s.
