We're back today with some major news on Rome of B.Y.I. Entertainment, one of the hottest new producers in the game. Known for his signature sound, which involves vintage Spanish soul sampling, Rome is about to blow listeners away with a creative new compilation called "Welcome To Rome." This project, dropping for free download on April 22nd, will feature a piece of the original Spanish soul record that Rome samples as an intro to the new songs. Rome's versatility as an artist will be on full display here, so get ready for an album full of surprises. Look out for guest appearances from the likes of Omar Cruz, Jay-Z, Rick Ross, Dout Gotcha!, and Conejo as well.

We've got the exclusive world premiere of the single from "Welcome To Rome" for you to check out today. This track is called "Born & Raised On The Westside", and it features Omar Cruz. When asked about the song, Rome said, "This record was on Omar's album but due to a sample clearance issue, I decided to put it out on my album." Have a listen to the hard-hitting song below.
