His album "the cool" is the best mainstream hiphop record in a long time . Its realy quality, not some dirty south shit. Instead of buying that rick ross shit , people sould buy " the cool". The difference is simple lupes lyrics is dope and fits so well to the beats, its not some meaning less music but quality music ..

To be honest who realeased a hiphop album good as that , not even Kayne west "the cool " shits on graduation. No wonder hiphop dont sell if its all the same and nothing chances....

anybody agree? he is the hottest thing out now?

I like The Cool, but it's too long, he should put away like 3 or 4 songs, and than tha album will be classic, I like almost every song on it.....he is definitely one of the hottest out now

been lovin this record since the day it came out.

musically, topic wise and lyrically it's top notch (with 2-3 exceptions maybe)

but I wouldn't call this album or even lupe as an artist any way near the mainstream lol

i dunno this album didnt really stand out in my mind, i havent listened to it since i downloaded it. Maybe i should go back and check it out cuz i really like food and liquor
