Dr. Dre - Detox
Murrow:
"-- Dr. Dre's fourth album, Detox, is expected to be released sometime this year, according to a spokesperson for the artist who is nominated for this year's producer of the year Grammy.
When promoting his big screen comedy The Wash, Dr. Dre talked about his excitement about the album in the works. "I'm always trying to reinvent myself and do new things. My next album I really feel strong about. I really feel strong about it. I've started on it. I'm in the blueprint stage of it. I'm going to have a lot more time to work on this record than I've had before, and I feel like I've already got my first single for that record. I have probably about five tracks for it that I'm really feeling," he said. "They're really different. I know this is probably going to be my best record. It's gonna be different. It's going to be a breath of fresh air, and I'm not going to stop until I feel like it is that way."
I found some news in the latest issue of Entertainment magazine, they interviewed Dr. Dre, and talked about "Detox." Dre said he hasn't begun recording, and will start at the end of February. Bilal, Jay-Z, Busta Rhymes and Eminem are some people to be on it. The article said the album will be due at the end of this year. Seeing Dre hasn't even begun the "Detox" sessions, I don't see this dropping this year at all. Don't frown at some of those guests either, you know shit will end up totally different. Peep the article...
His Chronic days a blunted memory, the rapper-producer is doing Detox
He's given us the weed smokers manifesto The Chronic and produced Snoop Dogg's hedonist anthem "Gin & Juice." Now Dr. Dre wants to take us to Detox (the title of his next album, out late this year). "I just want to, like, come down a little bit," says Dre, with a laugh. "It's still in the blueprint stages, but I'm thinking of going just a little more positive. I want to be a lot more humble in a sarcastic way, if that makes any sense." Though Dre won't formally enter the studio until the tail end of February, he's already lining up guests, among them Bilal, Jay-Z, Busta Rhymes, and Eminem. Will his rumored anti-bin Laden track appear on Detox? "I kinda backed off from that," says Dre. "We had started [recording] it, but we were saying some pretty radical shit. I didn't know if people were ready for it." Will they ever be? "I don't know. We should have this interview again in two months."

Did you read what you typed? LoL, you just said you can'twait for a worse album from Dre cause he hasn't been makin hot beats since "2001."
I think "Detox" will be so different, it may scare some generic rap fans away because of how unique it will be.
