Dre needs to go back his roots and get people like Mc Ren and Cube up on Detox. Then he need's to go to people like Snoop and Nate (can't see Kurupt or Daz getting on Detox) along with Warren and RBX and Lady of Rage. Laslty he can bring it with his new crew with the likes of Rakim, Em and 50. And he need's to rap like he did on Express Yo Self with some hype and some energy instead of his slow mumbling style he has now.
