At least Dre IS a super-producer, unlike Mr.CripBattlecat..
If it wasn't for Dre, the West would have been considered about on the level of the North when it comes to hiphop.

I'll see this album when it gets here. For Ice Cube the same goes as for Redman. I liked him a lot ten years back, but lately shit has been sloppy. Although I liked the Peace-disc a lot.
Maybe the combination acting and making hip hop records isn't a good one. Rappers pursueing an acting career basically had it with rapping, so anything they bring out sounds weak.
