yo i got the murder weapon promo cd, most songs are like 2 minute clips that are just hitt freestyles over various released beatz like "girls dem suga" and "a million and one questions".
the last track on the promo is a 30 sec instrumental by dre.

Oh, sweet rumour. Could make sense too, cause when Dre made the Watcher it was his "Back in da game now/Status"-joint.
And Rakim aint dropped in some time, so he's also back.
