would you say the majority of west coast beef occurs on or off the set?

so we all know a lot of beef has occured w/ west coast hip hop artists in the past. i remember watching an interview with Saigon about his altercation w/ Prodigy and he talked about lots of beef being handled (fighting) between rappers off set that fans/hip-hop media do not know about and never will. business is handled and finished and both parties just move on.

what do you guys think or do you have any interesting knowledge? obviously today w/ youtube and the internet anything that goes on will most likely be leaked, but i'm talking about the past before cell phones and youtube
