Pistol Cams For NYPD Cops

It's not like every cop just carries his service pistol. If they are in high crime areas they might have more than one. And how would a department regulate that? Also, are they going to update shooting courses and reissue holsters that can accommodate the added bulk?
I don't see it happening.
