How are they going to get a SP and some hitters if they have no pieces to trade?  Sabean isn't known for pulling off amazing deals out of his ass or for discovering underrated players.  The Dodgers have the youth advantage plus the money...only way the Dodgers can fuck up is through their GM...which should be gone after this season.  Logan White is the only guy that should be running the Dodgers.  Torre is already fucking up...he's fucking raping Martin, I mean Jesus Christ he can't even get an off day he's playing 3B TODAY WTF.

as far as the National League West is concerned, I think it will be the Diamondbacks... it's really early but they've done it many times

maybe the Dodgers can just fight it out with the Padres for a Wild Card spot but they probably won't end up getting that

Kevin Brown had 3 and half great years though, plus he was able to get us Jeff Weaver.  Hundley though, that was pathetic.  The Dodgers can't be spending money on players that aren't the for sure type of players.  There were lots of doubts with Jones and Schmidt, yet they still decided to take the risk.  The worst part is that Colletti was the fucking Assistant GM when Schmidt was losing velocity on his fastball and was showing signs of an injury coming...and his dumbass still gave him that contract.
