All Eyez On Me

"Until the end, it gets better with time
I'm makin' love to your mind baby
Heaven ain't hard to find"

This LP will never get old, pac dropped his every essence on this album. He had track's for the club's, heartfelt ish, Track's for the ladies & Thug's. It's all around.
Snoop is dope, but he couldn't fade "The Chronic" ImO.

very well put.....both albums are actually kinds similiar, but AEOM is soooooooo much more diverse. Snoop has a beautiful flow on Doggystyle, and the production is some of the best EVER, but lyrically, the album is quite average. AEOM isnt superb lyrically, but its lightyears better lyrically than Doggystyle. Snoop just raps about smoking weed and fuckin bitches. Great flow and charisma, but same ol' subject matter. Pac, on the otherhand, has deep songs like Only God Can Judge Me and I Aint Mad At Cha, hardcore songs like Cant C Me, club songs like Thug Passion, and just straight up lyrical songs like Got My Mind Made Up.....Doggystyle is SLIGHTLY better production-wise. You could make the argument that Snoop has a better flow, but its also easy to make the argument that Snoop lacked Pac's intensity/mic presence and passion.

However, impact and influence goes to AEOM, HANDS DOWN. Doggystyle definatly had impact [it practically made young white kids stop listening to their nirvana and got them into gangsta rap], but AEOM is the BLUEPRINT for making a commercial album while STILL maintaining hip hop respect. Pac took every type of song and flipped it to perfection, making it probably the most complete rap album ever recorded. This album is used as a standard by todays rap artists in making an album that appeals both to commercial cats and street cats. You ask any cat in the industry today what album they use as an example to make their albums today, and I can almost guarantee you they will say AEOM.

Look at the Eminem Show..........that album was COMPLETELY blueprinted from AEOM, conceptually......and the Eminem Show, while not on the same level as AEOM, is one of the best recent hip hop albums to come out [along with Stillmatic].
