It's happening again.... Help with Quik verse/song

I just happened to stumble across some Hi-C on Youtube, and after clicking through a few songs, ended up on a song "Sometimes" by Quik.. The title claims it's unreleased, and after hearing the first verse (that is definitely used in another quik song), I've been searching Google with most of the verse with no luck....

Verse is something like

That's a fanmade remix combining the verses off Streetz is Callin with the beat and chorus of Sometimes by Da Fam. Mike-G made it, it's from that 4 fingaz up 2 twisted in the middle remixtape.

Just figured the shit out.. I guess we were both right, but you guys were right-er.. The song I remembered was a mix of "Here is what they think of you" by Quik and Nate Dogg.. It was featured back in 2000 or 01 on WestcoastShellshocked vol.2 mixtape hosted by Big Will , the last verse was the sampled verse you  guys had mentioned...
