If its winter time and im cold, only 1 every morning before I go to work. If its summer and im hot, 2-3 times a day. It can be really bad for your skin to shower so many times a day. Also, if I go to the gym then I have to take a shower after so that makes 2... so i guess my answer would be anywhere from 1-3 LOL
