How do you think the Nets are gonna look next year?

The Nets have made some cursory inquiries with Phoenix (about Boris Diaw and Leandro Barbosa), more substantive discussions with Toronto (about Andrea Bargnani), and there has been some dialogue with Denver about Carmelo Anthony.

Though one Nets official claims that "other conversations have a much better chance of fruition" than the Anthony discussions.

They have all the pieces to rebuild. Do you think they can build a solid-to-great team? Devin Harris, Sean Williams, and Carmelo would be dope.

i dont think that melo shit is gonna go down. nuggets are ultimately gonna realize they can get a hell of a lot more for carmelo anthony than wut the nets are offering them. i do see carmelo bein moved some time within the next season tho.

I'm sure they've been in talks but there is nothing that NJ could conceivably offer that would be worth Melo. What I wouldn't be surprised to see is NJ trading for Bargnani. Thats a deal that could go down, but no way do they have what it would take to get Melo. Hell, maybe they could get Iverson or Camby, but thats about it.
