Straight up, I've been listening to pac and biggie again this week, because of this stuff, and I think Biggie had pac on flow and lyrical ability.  This song is amazing, some of his other stuff, Juicy, etc. is just untouchable.  Pac was great, and had a ton more songs than Big, but I prefer Big's stuff, it's just perfect.

Probably cause less people read Outbound Connections, the song isn't that great, everyone is talking about the Tupac/Biggie story in the LA Times and the song is five years old.
