Hip-Hop is also about honor and respect. Like when artist redo their favorite past rappers songs, Snoop-Slick Rick and others. Plus when you say the other's lines, basically everyone and some oldschool artist. Nas gives 'Pac respect, 'cause it's just music, no war, and he respected 'Pac. Just never say your better than you idol, i.e. Jay-Z and Biggie. That's then disrespect, but to say his lyrics, that honory.
