I downloaded those 6, here a short evaluation:
Last Dayz - Nice orchestrated beat by Adam F, tight 3.5/5
Oh No - Oh my God... now this is a classic.. now I know that Mos Def bited Nate's hook on Craig David's "7 Days" Primo remix ;) 5/5
Simon Says - Yeah I heard this before... it's a great track - 4/5
No Mercy f/ M.O.P. - Damn right this is a SICK beat... plus Pharoahe Monch flows even SICKER on this one, also a good MOP performance - 4/5.5
Madden 2002 Theme - Nice little track, it should have been longer though - 3.5/5
Murda 1 Case - Hell yeah Pharoahe's verse is dope on here... nice lively keys in the background accompanies him good... no lie, this is ILL - 4/5

I think you were a bit harsh on the scores, but it'll probably grow on you.

Just downloaded a bootleg with 20 tracks on it, great album. That track My Life is incredible. Pharoahe's gonna revolutionize hiphop one day, he can flow like no other.

The tracks have grown on me... I now consider "No Mercy" & "Simon Says" classic. Straight 5/5's.
