props nima..my favorite interview to date homie. X has become my favorite MC slowly but surely. Seems to be one of if not the only cat in my eyes that has kept it 100 consistently through out his career. great read and hopefully we'll get to hear some quality shit from him in the near future.

Props! Did you finish all these before his son passed away? Because X seems pretty happy at the time of the interview.

Props to Nima.. that was a great interview.  I grew up listening to Xzibit I still remember reading about him for the first time in a 96 summer issue of the Source, like a lot of artists from that era he had integrity and his own creativity that made you take notice of him.

That interview was a nice trip down memory lane.  From 2000 to 2003 Xzibit was my favorite rapper behind Pac, Nas, and Eminem.  And "Paparazzi" is still one of the best rap songs ever to me.

I never knew his first album At the Speed of Light went gold in Germany, that was an interesting story.  And I also like what he said about the new school of rappers and fans not valueing what he values, that was on point, I feel the same way.

Nice interview bro, salaam.

Appreciate it man, I feel the same, X was always one of the cats I listened to the most and who stayed dope consistently (to me). I was very pleasently surprised to see how normal and down to earth he is in reality. I don't know if you saw the concert footage i upped (www.dubcnn.com/interviews/xzibit-liveinhamburg) but X gave a shoutout to dubcnn on stage at the end of the show, that was a real good look.
