simple question on religion

1. No question about religion is simple, LOL

2. you know I believe.  I think it's probably the age you're at, because when I was your age, I had the same major question.  The bad things that the lord lets happen in this world are just a small piece of the picture.  Like, you see a 5 year old girl get raped and killed (Jon Benet Ramsey), and think, Man, no god would let that happen.  But the problem is, you didn't see her life before she came to earth, and after she left.  

Like, look at this... a woman has a baby.  Now, if you didn't know anything about it, and ONLY saw her in the delivery room having the baby, you'd think, MAN, that's nuts!  They cut her genitals, there's blood everywhere, screaming, the baby has his umbilical cord cut off of his body, The doctor smacks him, he's covered in slime.  It looks horrible!  But, since you know the good that came before it, (Sex, the way the mother matures, etc.) and the good that comes after it (the mother is loved by the kid no matter what forever, she always has someone to be proud of, etc. life is born, a soul and body are created, etc.... ), then it's not so bad.  Through that little bit of suffering, she gained all the other stuff.

Same thing with bad things.  You see only the bad part here on earth, you don't see the good before or after.  We just don't understand it here, because we're human, and ignorant.  If we saw what Jon Benet Ramsey is doing now, we'd probably not even mind that she was murdered.  

Look at the story of jesus (you don't even have to believe it, just think about it, though)... he comes to earth, does a lot of good for people, then they nailed him to a cross and stabbed him, tortured him, etc.  Locked him in prison.  When he was in the garden, he even bled 'from every pore'.  That's some crazy crap he went through.  But by doing it, he saved everyone's soul for eternity (if they choose it, and hold up their end of the bargain).  Now, you might not believe in Jesus, or whatever, but just by that story, just consider it fiction, you can see how pain, suffering, and bad things can lead to good things, after, and before.  That's how life is, we have bad things happen here, but the things before we came here and after we leave are all so good it makes the bad bearable.  That's why everybody, including you, are unique and special to god, we all have specific problems we're faced with in life, and it's up to us to grow positively out of that.  Peace~

i do personlly believe in God.  and theres so much bad stuff going on in the world...but its not God's fault......God gave us the opportunity to think for ourselves and make our choices.  If u commita crime or do something bad...about 99% of the time is your fault....u have to pay the consequences for your actions.  God lets us make our own decisons....but when Jesus comes to earth to  clean up the world God will judge everybody for their own actions.  Then the people who dont obey what God has left for us in the bible will vanish..and only those who have faith will remain.
