Juts came back did some chest and tricep... One thing about doing with dumbells is im so concentrated on keeping my balacne i dont feel like its pushing.

Because you need the proteins and carbs to get in your blood fast and powder is the only way. And you shouldn't worry about these 2 powders, you eat it every day in normal food. I don't fuck with anything else like creatine, BCAA, glutamin; simply because I don't know what it is and I plan to go study for a nutricionist in 3 years and untill I know everything about that, I am not eating anything else then protein and carb powder.I don't work (I'm in college) but most of the time I also have a fucked up schedule and I always work in the summer for 3 months, 8 hours. It's not hard at all: you wake up in the morning and you eat your breakfast (consitent of proteins, carbs and healthy fat). Then the easiest thing to do is take some protein powder, some oatmeal and nuts and you mix that shit in a blender with water and you've got yourself a great meal. So to sum up, we have breakfast at 7.00 in the morning, 1st shake at 11.00 and 2nd one at 14.00. Let's say you get home at 17.00 and then you make yourself a lunch with meat, rice and vegies.
