Brooklyns finest...WHOA!

(1/3) > >>

Don Mega:
I just gave my old jay-z a listen the other day and stumbled over brooklyns finest once again. I gotta say this track amazes me every fucking time. From the lyrics to the beat... everything is top notch... to me this is truly a classic beat.

Though, i don't really see why people call this a diss song towards 2Pac... i mean i only see one obvious diss and thats when biggie goes "So pardon me/pass the safe/before I blaze the place/and here's six shots just in case"

the one with faith having twins "tuuupacs" seems more like a diss towards himself or faith.

But the conclusion is: Brooklyns finest: CLASSIC

KVB:
Word, "Brooklyns Finest" is one of the best east coast songs ever.
Classic

"If Fay' had twins, she'd probably have two-Pac's
Get it? Tu-pac's"

Lol, yeah, I always thought that made him look like he was dissing himself and faith more than anyone else. But no doubt, this is a class song, my fav. Biggie line from this song is:

"Sprinkle coke on the floor, make it drug related."

I dunno why, I just like it, it's quick  :)

bez:
its ok not all that
