I dunno about Vancouver, but Seattle is definitely looking to add a team after the departure of the Sonics..

i doubt Vancouver will ever get another team.

IMO it goes like this:

1. Seattle
2. Las Vegas (whether the kings go there or not)
3. San Diego
4. St. Louis/Kansas City
5. Cincinnati
6. Pittsburgh
