Tuesday (June 25) is a big release day for several artists, including Nelly, Truth Hurts, Her Sanity, Cormega, and N.O.R.E. The two heavyweights of the bunch, Nelly and N.O.R.E., are friends and recently shared their thoughts on going head-to-head.

N.O.R.E.'s latest single, "Nothin'," is currently Number 44 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart, and God's Favorite will be the rapper's third solo album. N.O.R.E. shared his thoughts on the face-off. "Nelly is definitely a good friend of mine. I hope he sells, you know, through the roof man, you know what I'm sayin'? I know we coming out on the same day. I don't feel like we in no competition. I feel that maybe his fans are my fans to a certain extent, but I think that he's going to do his thing regardless, regardless to when he comes out. So, you know what I'm sayin', I wish him all the luck. I wish Truth Hurts all the luck. But, you know what I mean, if you got a choice to choose between the three picks then pick me, but if you got enough money to pick all three of them up, then pick all three of them up, baby," he said.

Nelly's latest single, "Hot In Herre," is currently Number One on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. The rapper is set to release Nellyville--the follow-up to his seven-times platinum debut, Country Grammar--on Tuesday, but he shared that he wishes N.O.R.E. nothing but the best: "N.O.R.E. let me sit in a session before I had a deal, you know, when the Neptunes were working on his track. That's actually how I met the Neptunes: I'm sitting in a Noreaga session. Naturally, I shouted my dirty out on the album. I think we definitely going to hook up, you know, somewhere around this joint, you know? But like he said, I think it's enough, too. I think it's definitely enough fam. Last year, sh-t, Eminem did damn near 10, I did damn near 10, you know what I'm sayin', so it's plenty of room. It's out there and I think people are buying more and more music today then they ever have. I want nothing but the best for dirty," he said.

Well I knew that Ludacris and Noreaga were good friends but I didn't know anything about Nelly and Noreaga. Oh well if they have been friends for a while then at least Nore isn't doing it to get more sales, although surely if they are good friends he could try and persuade Nelly to give up rapping ;D
