Parenting is part of the problem. Sometimes, its just lack of parents. A single mom, in the hood, trying to keep her son whos basically a young man out of a gang has the odds completely against her. And with no real backing from the worst education system in the country..she has even less chance. Even if you blame parents...does that mean nothing should be done for the children?
