My Job was to drive traffic to the site, if you call what I did here on Dubcc spamming you aint seen shit, I never spammed compared to other companies/people.

That was one method, posting on message boards, but there are other methods that distributed our content across the internet and got our name & site placed highly across all search engines - video distribution, blog posting/comments, Social Media Optimization & A Whole Lot Of Grassroots Interactive internet methods I bet no one has used before to drive traffic to their content site like I did.
I Did My Job And Some - Just Check Out Their Rank On Quantcast & Alexa.

I also produced content on the site (all the old music shows & hip hop shows before they switched to the clip format they are on now - notable guests include: cormega, self scientific, Glasses Malone, J*Davey, Steph Jones, Chino XL, Sinful + many many other notable guests) - Shows Produced = V2R, The Downlow, Gamblers Television, BSW Latino & Organics.

Anyway, I know why I lost my Job - Someone couldn't handle me doing a good job. It's all bullshit work politics - People feeling threatened take you out before you make a huge impact. I didn't deserve to go, you could ask everyone there, I slaved and hustled there like no other, I worked my way up from Internship to Production Assistant To Associate Producer To Director Of Online Content all in a year. And after a year, I get kicked?!? not even a demotion or anything, just the boot - and they give me a bullshit reason about trying to make money without investors, well how are you going to make money without driving traffic like I did?!?

Fuck it though, Chapter In My Life Done With. Onto The Next One.

I have no problems firing people that are teens. Teens are a dime a dozen, and usually are the ones in trouble at work anyways. People that I know live off these job, I kind of give hints before doing anything. Usually they quit before I fire them. But I will fire a teen.
