Bush grants himself retroactive immunity from possible war crimes

but why would they? if congres knew he did illegal shit isnt it in the instrest of the people that he goes to trial? like every other american citizen. vice versa if it was a congressman that comitted crimes.

Bush just used the oldest trick in the "interrogation book" on some of you people.

Let one officer (Bin Laden) beat the shit out of (bomb   :bomb:) the suspect (America). Then the second officer (Bush) swoops in and puts an end to the beating (terrorism). Second officer now gains suspects (America) trust (votes) and is free to do whatever he wants....because he's your friend (con man). Failing to realize that officer one (Bin Laden) and officer two (Bush) are really on the same team.  :stupid:

its what good old david icke calls 'problem, reaction, solution,'. creating a problem that makes people react to demand a solution to the problem you've already created. in america i think its more about people accepting the pre-planned solution (patriot act etc) without much resistance than out and out demanding it. the whole iraq war is pretty hillarious scenario if you think about it in these terms - 'no problem, reaction, solution'...
