Bow Wow has obviously some talent as a rapper, or JD wouldn't have signed him in the first place... and also, I think JD is more than financially secure already, so he couldn't have placed Bow Wow on So So Def for the money, IMO... to answer your question, I think JD reps Bow Wow to the fullest because he has talent.
